Rule 74
Local Allowance
(1) If a military person works in a place where he receives local allowance, he will get local allowance as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. Even if a military person is stationed in a place where he receives local allowance, if he works in a place where he does not receive any allowance or receives a low allowance, he will not receive local allowance during that period or he will receive up to the allowance specified for such a position.
(2) The place of receiving local allowance and the rate of the amount of allowance to be received shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
